What is the word count of CIPD level 3?

The CIPD Word Count Policy Level 3 is set at 3000 words + / - 10% only. The learners should mention their word count while submitting the assignment. If there is a word count in the project that is more than 3300, then in that case, the CIPD will only evaluate the word count till 3300, and anything over 300 word count will not be evaluated by the CIPD. So the learners will not get any kind of punishment in case of submission of an assignment that contains a word count of less than 2700 words.
